DETAILED TOUR PROGRAMME

DAY 1: ARRIVE DELHI

On arrival in Delhi, you will be escorted by our representative to your hotel. Overnight in Hotel. (Rooms will be available from 12:00 PM)

DAY 02: DELHI-CORBETT NATIONAL PARK(280 km / about 07 hrs drive)

Early morning drive from Delhi to Corbett National Park, Situated in the Shivalik foothills of the Himalayas, on the banks of the Ramganga River in the Patli Dun Valley. It is India's Oldest Wildlife sanctuary, and is named after Jim Corbett who spent many years in this area. It is heavenly home for adventure lovers and wildlife enthusiasts. It is also known for Sal tree as its main flora.  Over 50 mammals, 600 birds and 25 reptile species have been spotted here but the highlight of course is the Indian Tigers, Leopards and Gharials, the rare fish eating, long-nosed crocodiles. On arrival check into the Lodge & relax. In the afternoon visit Dhangarhi museum, Girija Devi temple and Corbett Fall.  Also enjoy at Watch Tower for watching wildlife jungle activities. Evening free for nature walk, stroll along the river. Overnight in Corbett.

DAY 3: CORBETT NATIONAL PARK

Morning enjoy Jungle Safari by an open four-wheeled gypsy for viewing wildlife or tracking the tiger with a trained naturalist guide.  It is the best way to cover maximum area inside the forest. Drive along the Ramganga, to look for some fish-eating Gharial and Marsh Crocodiles. You have also possibilities to see the some species of Kingfishers, Pallas & Himalayan Grey headed Fishing Eagles, Osprey & Crested Serpent Eagle. Afternoon enjoy elephant safari at a height of 10 ft. & experienced Mahouts take you through open grasslands and dense forests. Elephant safari takes you into those areas of the jungle where Jeep can’t go & also provides the opportunity to get a close view of the Himalayan wildlife. Overnight in Corbett.

DAY 4: CORBETT NATIONAL PARK – NAINITAL (80 Km / about 3 hrs drive)

Morning after breakfast, drive to Nainital. The road is uphill and the scenery spectacular. Nainital lies beside a glacial lake and is backed by a crater like ridge with snow-capped peaks beyond rising to over 2600 m. The area is a mixture of pinewoods, open country and small lakes, and the views from some of the hills behind the town are simply fantastic. On arrival at Nainital, check in at the hotel & relax. Afternoon enjoy tour of Nainital visit including Khurpa Tal -  it is considered to be anglers paradise having clear water and a good harvest of fishes , Bhim Tal is known as an aquarium on the Island & nestled in a beautiful pristine valley, NaukuchiaTal - lies the mystique lake with 9 corners. Surrounded by dense forested hills on all sides. Sat Tal - literally meaning seven lakes is a group of small lakes nested together. In the evening enjoy the boat ride on Naini Lake. The lake is the heart and soul of the city with everything centring around it. Later visit the Naina Devi temple & also take a short walk on the Mall road. Overnight in Nainital.

DAY 5: NAINITAL-DELHI (270 Km / about 8 hrs drive)

Morning after breakfast drive back to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, transfer to Airport to board flight for onward destination.
